Package
The pro of each team enjoys the full package along with the amateurs. The cost of the pro is included in the package of the amateurs. If the team's flights are booked through Golf Masters, the pro's flight is also included in the amateurs' package.
So as a pro, you have no extra costs during the week and you will earn some money :)
Team
As a pro, the intention is to find a team of 3 amateurs who want to play with you in this unique experience. You can offer this to sponsors, partners, or to clients that you teach. Amateurs at your club or environment might just be waiting for an opportunity like this. You get to know each other in a more informal setting, which can further improve relationships with friends and clients.
A pro-am is a good return on investment for both amateurs and pros. The amateurs will enjoy a fun golf holiday in a unique setting where they learn a lot by playing with you in a small exclusive group on great courses. Playing a tournament as a team will bring you that team atmosphere, with everyone giving it their best for the team, which is rarely the case in golf. The formula is 4 Ball - 2 better ball means if all the players on the team can play freely and aggressively.
