Our team will take you right to the Soul of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah during this surprisingly diverse and beautiful off the beaten track self-drive Journey. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about how the landscape and economical elements have defined culture and life in Ras Al Khaimah for centuries. The participants will gain a deeper insight into the remarkable geography of the Emirate, nestled between the desert, the mountains and the sea.

During the Journey, you will learn about camel farming and racing on the edge of the desert, the remarkable history of the vegetable crops in surprisingly lush farms and get to taste and buy tasty local dates from a cooperative. Finally you will experience firsthand how the locals were connected to the dramatic Ruus Al Jibal Mountains, by driving up a winding mountain road, where you will be rewarded with a picknick with panoramic views over the desert, farms and the sea.

Your personal fashion guide awaits you to embark on a unique day trip  that will take you from your hotel in Ras Al Khaimah to the glamorous city of Dubai. Today you will explore Dubai from the expert perspective of a Belgian stylist/identity coach and embark on a mesmerizing journey of beauty and fashion.

Through her in depth  knowledge and connections with local talent, jewelry designers and perfume masters, our Belgian stylist creates the ultimate bridge between the East and West.  Your journey will take you on and off the beaten track of shopping, from high-end luxurious shopping malls to specialized boutiques and concept stores. You  will discover the ins and outs of local initiatives, authentic fashion and design and so much more.

In the meanwhile we will also treat you on several photo stops  by major attractions such as the unique architectural Museum of the Future and the Emirates Towers, the currently still tallest tower of the world, the Burj  Khalifa and the surrounding district of Business Bay, the famous 7* Burj Al Arab reflecting the UAE's heritage of sailing and pearl diving and the Dubai Marina  with its hundreds of skyscrapers. Visit to the unique Pearl Farm in Al Rams

The Pearl farm tour is an exclusive opportunity to discover the historical and cultural journey of the region’s pearling industry and learn about the evolution of  the Arabian pearl and the legacy that led it to become one of the world’s most sought-after gems. 

After a 20' drive you will arrive in the old fisherman village of Al Rams, nestled between the sea and the mountains. You will  embark on a traditional pearl divers boat to enjoy a tour between the mangroves and their surroundings. You might witness flamingos as well as bathing  camels! Afterwards you will arrive at the farm, which is located on the sea in a floating structure. 

Here you will be shown the history of the Arabian Pearls, listen to the 1000s years old adventurous stories of the lifestyle of the Arabian Pearls Divers and witness  their diving tools and techniques. You will also learn how oysters and pearls are formed and discover the science, knowledge and innovation of cultured Pearls. There  will be a live oysters opening demonstration where there is only a 60% chance to discover the mystic Arabian Pearl! You will also learn about the Arabian Pearls  

Traditional Traders box “BISH-TAKH-TAH” and see the various lustrous collections of the Arabian Pearls and the Traders tools and treasures. There is also a souvenir shop with Mother of Pearl and Pearl’s accessories and hand-crafted Farm products.
